Year Up United seeks an Instructor for its Computer Architecture & Systems Fundamentals Career Training Program. In this role, you will deliver structured, hands-on instruction in hardware, operating systems, and basic networking to prepare young adults for entry-level tech roles and further education. You will adapt curriculum, assess learning, provide coaching and feedback, and collaborate with staff and employer partners to align training with workforce needs in a mission-driven, equity-focused environment. Deliver engaging instruction in computer architecture, operating systems, and basic networking to young adults. Facilitate hands-on labs and projects that build real-world technical skills for entry-level tech roles. Assess student progress using quizzes, labs, and projects, and provide actionable feedback and coaching. Contribute to curriculum refinement to ensure alignment with industry expectations and certifications. Support students’ professional skills, growth mindset, and readiness for internships and employment. Collaborate with staff and employer partners to align training with workforce and program goals.
