Waste Connections is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and retention within our Transportation & Warehousing segment. In this field-based role, you will manage a defined territory, prospect and close new commercial and industrial accounts, and deepen relationships with existing customers. You will conduct on-site visits, prepare proposals, and partner closely with operations to deliver safe, reliable, and environmentally responsible waste and recycling services. Own and grow a defined sales territory within the transportation and waste services market. Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial, industrial, and municipal customers. Manage and renew existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct on-site customer visits, site assessments, and service reviews. Prepare proposals, bids, and pricing aligned with company safety and environmental standards. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure safe, reliable, and timely service delivery. Track activities, pipeline, and results using CRM and reporting tools. Monitor local market trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth. Promote Waste Connections’ safety-first and environmental stewardship culture in all interactions.
