Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations. Ensure timely preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals. Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure fresh supply. Monitor kitchen equipment and report any malfunctions for timely repair. Collaborate with healthcare staff to customize patient diets as needed. Proficient in food preparation and kitchen maintenance. Understanding of nutritional guidelines and dietary restrictions. Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Strong organization and time management skills. Excellent communication and team cooperation skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k ServSafe Food Handler certification preferred.
