DESCRIPTION: The ABLE Program serves students identified with Autism, Behavioral and Emotional challenges.
This is a highly structured program that utilizes a variety of instructional techniques including the ABA approach.
Applicants should have the following abilities: Implements behavior based on ABA principals; Manage behavior
using positive and proactive strategies; accurately record data on child's progress; Be able to bend, kneel and
lift up to 40 lbs.; Successfully complete Safety Care training; Able to work as part of a strong cohesive team;
BCBA supervision is available.
QUALIFICATIONS: Current & Appropriate State of Maine DOE Certification and CHRC authorization. read more
