Providing first level supervision to Shipfitter shop personnel.
Planning daily and weekly work schedules and establishing priorities.
Changing work plans, work assignments and methods as necessary to reduce or control costs and maintain work schedules.
Enforcing regulations and rules on conduct, safety and housekeeping.
