HealthCare Support is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RT) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, field-based role in Grand Rapids, MI. This opportunity allows you to work directly with patients in home and community settings, combining hands-on equipment setup with patient education and clinical support.

Compensation
$30.00 – $36.00/hr (based on experience)

Up to $7,000 additional annual earnings potential

Quarterly bonus opportunities

Mileage reimbursement & company cell phone

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Daily Responsibilities
Deliver and manage respiratory equipment in patient homes and community settings

Educate patients and families on CPAP, oxygen, and ventilator use

Qualifications
Active MI RT (RCP) or LPN license

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong organization and documentation skills
