Job Title: Medical Receptionist (Part-Time)

Location: Genesee County (Multiple Office Locations)

Position Overview:

Our client, a busy and well-established private medical practice with multiple locations throughout Genesee County, is seeking a reliable and flexible Part-Time Medical Receptionist. This role requires working approximately 24–30 hours per week and floating between various office locations based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls
• Collect and process patient payments
• Assist with insurance verification and prior authorizations
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation
• Provide general administrative support to the clinical team

Qualifications:

• Previous medical receptionist or healthcare administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working at multiple office locations within Genesee County
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus

Schedule:

• Part-time: 24–30 hours per week
• Must be flexible to work at various office locations as needed
