Operations Finance Manager

You will bolster plant operations financially by maintaining the general ledger, closing periods, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control, delivering timely reports to plant leadership and headquarters. • Direct the month-end close, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for labor, overhead, scrap, and capital
• Collaborate with operations to support continuous improvement efforts
• Monitor overhead, labor efficiency, and cost drivers to identify savings
• Provide timely financial reports to plant management and headquarters
• Coordinate cycle-counts and inventory control in line with corporate standards
• Support strategic projects and initiatives
• Ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley controls and policies

• Bachelor in Accounting
• 5+ years in manufacturing finance or equivalent
• CMA/CPA preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; SAP ERP experience preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a high focus on accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
