Supply Chain Finance Manager

In this role, you will lead financial partnerships across transportation and logistics operations to drive efficiencies and improve customer service. You will manage the annual operating plan for plants, oversee cost standard setting and product costing, and use advanced data analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders and ensure robust internal controls and reporting. • Manage the annual operating plan for plant expenses and capital expenditures, including variance analysis and reforecasting
• Oversee product cost standard setting, daily product costing, and monthly cost center spending and inventory analysis
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer service using KPIs and data analytics
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners, lead cross-functional projects, and support manufacturing accounting
• Support accounting policy implementation, train plant accounting staff, and strengthen internal controls with Internal Audit
• Monitor documentation security and optimize staffing levels to meet objectives

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; 10 years of accounting or finance experience
• Experience providing financial consultation to transportation and distribution with a focus on cost-saving analysis
• 3+ years of supervisory experience with strong leadership
• Experience developing financial justifications for capital expenditures and performance improvement projects
• Experience with query, reporting, and data analysis tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex processes to internal customers
• Strong analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and accuracy
• Strategic and creative thinking; ability to lead a team toward department goals
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• CPA or CMA preferred; SAP experience preferred
