MEP Superintendent - Texas Travel - Mission Critical
Job DescriptionOversee daily MEP field operations across assigned projects. Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to maintain schedule milestones. Partner with Project Management on sequencing and logistics planning. Monitor installation quality and enforce project specifications. Ensure compliance with safety standards and MEP-related regulations. Lead MEP coordination meetings with internal and external teams. Identify and resolve field conflicts between trades proactively. Track progress and provide detailed reporting to leadership. Assist in commissioning and turnover processes. Travel to active project sites throughout Texas as needed.
The Successful ApplicantA successful MEP Superintendent - Texas Travel - Mission Critical should have: 7+ years of experience in MEP supervision within commercial construction. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors in complex environments. Experience with large-scale projects such as healthcare, mission critical, or data center. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and shop drawings. Strong communication and leadership skills. Willingness to travel regularly across Texas. OSHA certification.
