Our client, a leading commercial vehicle manufacturing company, is seeking a Warranty Data Administration Analyst to join their team. As a Warranty Data Administration Analyst, you will be part of the Warranty Operations Department supporting the Warranty Analysis, Service Engineering, and Supplier Quality Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warranty Data Administration Analyst
Location: Detroit, MI
Pay Range: $25.00 - $29.00/hour

What's the Job?
  • Analyze warranty claims data and develop reports, metrics, and dashboards to evaluate business performance and warranty trends.
  • Investigate technical warranty issues by reviewing service documentation, diagnostic information, and component design details.
  • Support failure analysis activities through examination and testing of failed engine and exhaust aftertreatment system components.
  • Collaborate with dealerships, repair facilities, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve warranty claim issues and coordinate inspections.
  • Prepare technical documentation, findings, and recommendations to support warranty evaluations and appeals.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Experience analyzing warranty, service, automotive, manufacturing, or technical data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
