Leads North American manufacturing engineering for powertrain programs, guiding teams to develop and launch processes and facilities that meet safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives. Oversees equipment and infrastructure projects from scope definition and procurement through installation, qualification and launch, while supporting plant programs and standardization. Assess process changes and investment requirements for cost studies. Define engineering scope and oversee RFQs, sourcing, technical evaluations, design, manufacturing and installation of collectors and filtration systems. Manage NNM powertrain requests and ensure approved programs finish on time and within budget. Manage facilities aspects of new model programs, including site preparation and machine installation. Lead program flow activities and track scope, timing and cost. Develop facilities standards, support industrial system initiatives, and lead root-cause problem solving and standardization across plants.
