Hope Network is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to support safe, comfortable environments for individuals in our healthcare and social assistance programs. In this role, you’ll perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings, grounds, and equipment, promptly respond to work orders, and assist with safety and accessibility needs. You’ll troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with vendors as needed. As part of a compassionate, mission-driven team, you’ll help ensure our facilities enable independence and high-quality care. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building, grounds, and equipment Respond to work orders and urgent repair requests promptly Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and repairs Support safety, accessibility, and regulatory compliance standards Coordinate with vendors or contractors as needed Assist with room setups, moves, and basic facility improvements Follow all safety procedures and infection control protocols Basic electrical repair Basic plumbing repair HVAC basics Preventive maintenance Building systems troubleshooting Hand and power tool use Work order management Safety and OSHA awareness Facility documentation Vendor coordination Valid driver’s license OSHA safety training (preferred) HVAC, electrical, or maintenance-related trade certification (preferred)5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
