Principal Business Intelligence Analyst

In this role you will gather data, generate reports, and present insights to executives, clinicians, and regulatory bodies. You'll design routine and ad-hoc reports, implement improved reporting processes, and translate data into actionable recommendations for health system leadership. You will tell a data-driven story, support decision making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize impact of analytics in healthcare. This position offers the opportunity to shape reporting capabilities at a Gesundheits-focused analytics center and drive measurable improvements.

• Gather data and generate routine and ad-hoc reports
• Present information to all stakeholder levels including executives and clinicians
• Design metrics and reports, and build analytics solutions
• Improve reporting processes to align with strategic goals
• Fulfill complex data requests and provide clear interpretation in ambiguous situations
• Provide decision-making support with evidence-based insights
• Collaborate with leaders to understand data solutions' impact
• Research and enhance existing reporting procedures
• Document process flows and monitor data quality
• Provide end-user training and participate in educational resources
• Recommend changes to improve efficiency and quality
• Serve as liaison between Analytics and Business leaders
• Apply statistical concepts to relay findings

• Five (5) years in related roles (Health Systems Reporting and Analytics Lead / Data Management / BI)
• Experience with SQL Server, Cerner, ETL frameworks, Python, data visualization tools, predictive modeling, SAS, machine learning models, Power BI, Tableau, Lean Six Sigma
