Pharmacy Technician

Full Time

Shift: 1st

The Pharmacy hours are 8AM - 8PM and Saturday/Sunday: 8AM-4:30PM.

Weekends and Holidays on rotating.

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, preferred associate or bachelor's degree
• State of Michigan Pharmacy Technician as a Temporary Licensure upon hire.
• Must achieve Pharmacy Technician Certification through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) within 5 months of hire.
• Minimum six months of pharmacy work experience.

What you will do:

• Prepares, packages, and distributes medication orders per physician/pharmacist request, or prearranged work assignment.
• Complete ASHP didactic learning modules as assigned.
• Achieve a passing score on all quizzes and test related to ASHP didactic learning.
• Complete all experiential learning activities as assigned.
• Provides customer service to medical professionals.
