Customer Sales Support Representative - Medical

SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Customer Sales Support Representative - Medical for a growing organization in Southwest Michigan . This position combines customer service, sales support, Salesforce expertise, and administrative coordination in a professional, regulated environment. The ideal candidate is a strong Salesforce power user and trainer who enjoys working with people and using technology to improve customer support and sales processes. This is not an IT-focused position; instead, the successful candidate will bring a strong customer or sales support background along with advanced, hands-on Salesforce experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a Salesforce power user and train team members on Classic and Lightning.


• Develop and improve Salesforce processes, procedures, and training materials.


• Provide customer support by phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.


• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for Sales Representatives and internal teams.


• Schedule and support customer review meetings and outbound sales activities.


• Maintain accurate customer information and records in Salesforce and LIMS.


• Enter and update customer information, orders, and related records within the LIMS system.


• Assist with customer retention, sales outreach, and promotional activities.


• Identify process or data issues and help improve accuracy and efficiency.


• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and protect sensitive customer information at all

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelors degree is required.


• 5+ years of Salesforce experience as a power user (Classic and Lightning) required.


• 8+ years of Customer support and/or sales support experience required.


• Experience training others and improving Salesforce processes is highly preferred.


• Healthcare, clinical, laboratory, or regulated-industry experience preferred.


• Excellent organizational, communication, scheduling, and follow-up skills.


• Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.


• Demonstrated career stability and success in previous roles.
