Hope Network is seeking a Rehab Technician I to support therapy services within our Eastwood program. In this role, you’ll assist licensed therapists with implementing individualized rehabilitation plans, prepare and maintain treatment spaces and equipment, and help with patient transfers using safe techniques. You will monitor and document patient responses as directed, encourage and motivate participants, and uphold safety and infection-control standards. This position is ideal for compassionate, detail-oriented individuals interested in healthcare and committed to empowering people toward greater independence. Assist therapists with implementing individual rehabilitation treatment plans Prepare, clean, and organize therapy equipment and treatment spaces Safely transfer and position patients using proper techniques and equipment Monitor and document patient responses and progress as directed Provide encouragement and support to patients and families during sessions Follow safety, infection control, and HIPAA/privacy guidelines Collaborate with clinical team members to coordinate patient care Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement activities Patient handling and transfer techniques Basic knowledge of rehabilitation exercises and modalities Infection control and safety procedures Vital signs measurement and basic patient observation Electronic health record or basic clinical documentation Equipment setup, cleaning, and maintenance HIPAA and patient privacy practices Basic first aid and emergency response awareness Time management and task prioritization Professional communication with clinical teams and patients CPR/First Aid certification preferred Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or similar patient care credential a plus Training in safe patient handling and transfer techniques preferred5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386 read more
