We're seeking an experienced Office Manager / Payroll & People Operations Lead to play a critical role in supporting our people, operations, and culture. This is not a transactional HR role-you'll be a trusted partner to leadership, helping drive employee engagement, operational excellence, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute end-to-end payroll processing with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement
Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent
Oversee benefits administration, leave management, and HR process optimization
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on coaching, performance conversations, and employee development
Build and maintain scalable HR systems, policies, and compliance frameworks
Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company culture efforts
Coordinate and elevate training and professional development programs
Oversee office operations and cross-functional coordination, ensuring efficiency and alignment
Act as a central connector across departments to support communication and problem-solving
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in payroll, HR, or office/operations management
Minium of an Associate's degree required
Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership and influence outcomes
Strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and employee lifecycle management
Proven track record of improving processes and driving accountability
High attention to detail with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Willingness to travel between five office locations as needed
