Manager - Business Development

As Manager - Business Development, you will drive strategic growth through M&A, divestitures, and partnerships. You will partner with business units, finance, and external advisors to evaluate opportunities, build business cases, and coordinate due diligence. You will lead transaction execution and guide post-merger integration to capture value. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations, shaping the company's portfolio and growth trajectory.

• Develop strategic business cases and investment theses with business unit leaders
• Identify and prioritize M&A, divestiture, and partnership opportunities through market and competitive analysis
• Build financial models, valuation analyses (DCF, comps, precedent transactions), and ROI assessments for transactions
• Coordinate and lead due diligence across internal teams and external advisors, including data room management
• Develop post-merger integration plans and track milestone achievement and synergy realization

• Bachelor's Degree in Fiinance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred
• 5+ years in Corporate Development, M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, or Corporate Finance
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and project management abilities; ability to manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines
• Experience in a global, cross-cultural environment
• Experience in automotive, industrial manufacturing, or related sectors preferred
