BizLink Technology Inc. is hiring a Business Development Manager in Lake Orion, MI to grow our factory-automation business. You will develop new customer opportunities and manage automation accounts, acting as the link between customers' automation needs and BizLink's product and service groups. Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities with factory-automation customers in the region. - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at automation OEMs, integrators, and end users. - Pursue RFQs and new programs and drive them to purchase orders. - Coordinate internally with engineering, operations, and customer service to support new and existing accounts. - Maintain a sales pipeline and provide forecasts and market feedback. Requirements - Business development, sales, or account management experience in factory automation (required). - Based in the Lake Orion, MI area. - Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, with a hunter mentality for new business combined with disciplined account retention.
