Switch Assembler - All Shifts Available

• Assemble products or components according to work instructions and production needs
• Follow daily production schedules and meet output expectations
• Perform repetitive hand assembly tasks using small parts
• Ensure accuracy and quality in assembled products
• Use required PPE (e.g., safety glasses) and follow all safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate with supervisors or team members about production or quality issues
• Support team production goals and adapt to changing work assignments

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn on the job
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail when working with small parts
• Ability to follow instructions and production procedures
• Good reliability and attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods (up to full shift)
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally and perform light material handling tasks with or without reasonable accommodations #PerhamAreaJobs
