Provide armed security at a utilities location in Minneapolis by patrolling facilities and critical infrastructure, controlling access, responding to incidents, and documenting activity. The role also involves assisting personnel and visitors with professional customer service and communication. Conduct routine and random armed patrols of facilities, grounds, perimeters, parking areas, and critical infrastructure. Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document entries and exits of personnel, vehicles, and deliveries. Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders. Provide customer service and communicate with personnel, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Prepare accurate reports and daily activity logs of patrols, incidents, and access-control activity.
