Head of Strategic Finance & Resource Allocation

In this role you will lead the enterprise-wide capability for forward-looking financial strategy and resource allocation, guiding investment choices to maximize long-term value. You will partner with Finance, Strategy, and executive leadership to frame trade-offs and develop MC- and BOD-ready insights. You'll deploy advanced analytics and scenario planning to inform decisions and support strategic initiatives. This position offers influence across the corporation, shaping how capital and resources are deployed to high-priority opportunities.

• Frame enterprise trade-offs across capital, cost structure, and growth investments; provide decision inputs for executive forums
• Guide capital and resource allocation analyses across growth, cost, risk, and balance sheet priorities with stakeholders
• Deliver forward-looking decision support to guide priorities, resource deployment, and executive decisions
• Leverage quantitative models, scenario and sensitivity analyses, and external risk perspectives to inform options
• Develop flexible analytics solutions for priority strategic problems and investment decisions
• Provide strategic financial partnership with Enterprise Strategy for initiatives and decision forums
• Create MC- and BOD-ready financial insights and materials that clarify choices and implications
• Synthesize competitive and market insights into enterprise strategic guidance and capital priorities
• Translate external insights into capital allocation and strategic priorities

• Deep financial analysis and enterprise FP&A expertise
• Experience with capital and resource allocation
• Strong ability to frame executive decisions and translate analysis into actionable recommendations
• Proficiency in scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, stress testing, and external risk perspectives
• Strategic orientation balancing growth, cost, risk, and balance sheet priorities
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across Finance, Strategy, and leadership
• Strong communication and executive presence; experience with MC- and BOD-ready materials
• Leadership experience in building and scaling analytical teams
• MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credentials
• Experience in enterprise or corporate finance leadership within a large financial institution
• Knowledge of bank balance sheet dynamics and regulatory expectations
