ERP Business Process Analyst - Supply Chain

In this role you will drive ERP transformation for a complex, high-growth manufacturing and distribution business. You will partner with business and digital teams to translate strategy into scalable processes and technology, focusing on supply chain execution from sourcing to inventory management. You will design, configure, test, and deploy modern ERP solutions that improve visibility and decision-making, leveraging AI-enabled analytics. You'll lead cross-functional workshops, map current and future processes, and guide change across the organization. • Lead ERP transformation by aligning business requirements to modern solution capabilities
• Coordinate cross-functional process development and decision-making
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, define current- and future-state processes and user stories
• Collaborate with Digital and Business teams to design, configure, test, and deploy ERP solutions
• Support ERP configuration, integration design, testing, and deployment readiness in a cloud ERP environment
• Translate information needs into reporting, dashboards, and analytics to improve visibility and decision-making
• Facilitate functional sub-teams within an enterprise transformation program using Agile, Lean, and structured delivery
• Act as a change agent delivering improvements in standardization, visibility, and performance

• Bachelor's degree in related field and ideally 4+ years of ERP experience
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications preferred
• Proven problem-solving, analytical, and process improvement skills
• Experience in process mapping, requirements definition, change management, and cross-functional projects
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence decision-making in large-scale transformations
