Sr. Director, Digital Leader - Consumer Business Group (CBG)

As Global Digital Senior Director for 3M's Consumer Business Group, you will lead the digital, AI, and data transformation to unlock enterprise value and drive measurable growth across retail and eCommerce. You will act as the area CTO/CPO, shaping architecture, platforms, and governance while aligning cross-functional teams around prioritized outcomes. You will scale AI, data platforms, and digital capabilities to accelerate commercial and operational performance, in a fast-changing consumer environment. • Lead end-to-end digital, AI, and data strategy for the business group, overseeing architecture, platforms, and enterprise alignment.
• Architect and scale AI/GenAI, data science, and data platform capabilities to drive commercial, eCommerce, and operational growth.
• Own and evolve CBG's digital capability map and roadmap, aligning Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and technical teams.
• Accelerate eCommerce and digital marketing performance through data integration, GPIM excellence, martech optimization, and execution.
• Ensure robust delivery via Agile, DevOps, MLOps, FinOps, and disciplined operational oversight.
• Strengthen interoperability, cybersecurity, and governance with enterprise IT and core platform teams.
• Lead Digital R&D and IP development, collaborating with R&D and Legal to create and protect AI models and digital frameworks.
• Foster a high-performing digital culture focused on innovation, execution, measurable value, and leadership of tech teams.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Ten (10) years of leadership in digital transformation, AI/ML, analytics, or tech-driven growth in a private, public, government or military environment
• Five (5) years leading directors, senior managers, and technical professionals
• Five (5) years leading digital R&D, innovation, and IP creation.
