Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
  
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately, reporting any significant changes to nursing staff promptly.
  
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
  
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  
• Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance resident wellbeing and morale.
  Qualifications:
  
  
  
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    
  • Valid CNA certification in the state of Minnesota required.
    
  • CPR certification required.
    
  • First Aid certification required.
    
  • Minimum of 1 year of LTC experience required.
    
  • Prior experience working with elderly residents required.
    
  • Experience with vital sign monitoring required.
    
  • Ability to lift and support residents required.
    
  • Strong communication and compassionate skills required.
    
  • Adaptability to shift schedules required.
