Sittercity is seeking a flexible Babysitter for an infant on weekdays. In this role, you’ll provide reliable, nurturing in-home care, managing feeding, diapering, naps, and play while ensuring constant safety and comfort. Using your own reliable car, you’ll handle occasional transportation with proper car seat use. You’ll communicate clearly with parents, follow household routines and preferences, and keep child areas tidy. This role suits caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and comfortable adapting to a family’s evolving weekday schedule. Provide attentive, nurturing weekday care for an infant, including feeding, diapering, naptime, and playtime Ensure constant safety, monitoring, and age-appropriate engagement and developmentally appropriate activities Drive safely to and from agreed-upon locations using own reliable vehicle and proper car seat installation Communicate clearly and regularly with parents about schedules, routines, and child’s daily updates Follow family guidelines on feeding, sleep routines, screen time, and household rules Maintain a clean, safe environment for the infant, tidying child-related areas after use Arrive on time and reliably follow agreed weekday schedule, with some flexibility as needed Respond calmly and appropriately to minor emergencies, following basic first aid and safety protocols Infant care Safe driving and transportation Car seat installation and safety Diapering and hygiene Bottle preparation and feeding Basic first aid knowledge Time management and punctuality Parent communication and updates Observation and monitoring Household tidiness related to childcare CPR certification First Aid certification Trustline or equivalent caregiver background clearance (where applicable) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
