Senior Human Resources Business Partner

As Sr. HRBP, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals. You will influence organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement to optimize performance. You will lead and coach leaders through change, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance. • Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management to senior leaders
• Partner with leaders to set HR priorities that drive business performance and growth
• Lead talent management processes including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development
• Analyze workforce trends and business data to identify opportunities and craft solutions
• Consult on complex employee relations matters and facilitate resolutions while balancing business needs
• Coach leaders on performance, team effectiveness, and employee development
• Support organizational effectiveness efforts (design, spans & layers, role clarity, workforce optimization)
• Drive scalable HR programs that improve engagement, retention, and performance
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies, staying informed on HR trends
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent & Organizational Development, and HR Operations

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP experience with senior leaders
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience partnering with executive teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Experience leading organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into people strategy
• Experience supporting commercial, sales, or field-based organizations preferred
• Experience in med-tech, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries preferred
• Proven ability to influence, coach, and build partnerships with leaders; strong analytics
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion
