Provide Tier 1 helpdesk and technical support to users at Sightpath Medical’s Bloomington headquarters and other locations. Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices and network issues; manage user accounts, backups, antivirus and phone systems; and document technical procedures. Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support by phone, email and remote management tools. Troubleshoot user issues and escalate unresolved problems to appropriate internal resources. Manage user accounts in RingCentral, Jamf, Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Maintain and test local backups and maintain antivirus protection at all locations. Support and troubleshoot local and remote hardware, networks, mobile devices and phone systems. Document technical knowledge, procedures and solutions in notes and manuals.
