NOW HIRING: Quality Assurance Technician “Professional Food Detective Wanted.”

If so… we need YOU.
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to help keep our food safe, delicious, and up to spec. You’ll be part scientist, part investigator, part trainer, and full-time guardian of flavor and food safety.
What You’ll Be Doing Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
Taste-test and inspect products for flavor, aroma, texture, and appearance
Ensure our food is safe, high quality, and customer approved
Audit production areas like a food-safety superhero
Inspect ingredients, packaging, and finished products
Identify and isolate anything suspicious before it becomes a problem
Conduct sanitation audits, GMP inspections, and equipment testing
Collect and analyze quality data (yes, spreadsheets count as detective work)
Maintain HACCP and QA records with accuracy and detail
Help improve processes and reduce waste
Communicate findings clearly and professionally
Help us maintain world-class food safety standards every single day

Can confidently communicate with production teams
Believe food safety matters BIG time
Know your way around GMPs, HACCP, SQF, or are eager to learn
Are comfortable using Excel, Word, and other Microsoft tools
Work well independently and with a team
Have food manufacturing or bakery experience (bonus points)
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma required
Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Laboratory Science, or related field preferred
QA or food industry experience is highly valued
HACCP Certification — or willingness to obtain it
Knowledge of statistics, SPC fundamentals, and lab skills is a plus
