Job Summary: Provide exceptional service to patients, healthcare providers, and team members by performing laboratory tests with precision, timeliness, and professionalism. Communicate test results effectively to ordering practitioners, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of accuracy in all laboratory procedures.
• Perform quality control, quality assurance, and routine maintenance tasks diligently.
• Comply with all regulatory agency guidelines to ensure laboratory safety and compliance.
• Manage workload efficiently and report any outstanding specimen issues promptly.
• Assist with problem resolution and contribute to productivity improvements.
• Additional duties as assigned to support laboratory operations.

Education: Bachelor's Degree required.

Experience: At least one year of post-training laboratory experience is recommended but not mandatory.

Licenses or Certifications: American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) certification is preferred.

Work Shift: Night shift (3rd shift).
