Cargill is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure our manufactured food and agricultural products meet strict safety and quality standards. In this role, you will perform in-process and final inspections, use measurement tools to verify specifications, sample and test materials, and accurately document results. You will help identify nonconformances, support root cause analysis, and partner closely with production teams to prevent recurrence. Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured food and agricultural products Use measurement tools to verify dimensions and product specifications Conduct sampling and basic testing to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Document inspection results, nonconformances, and corrective actions accurately Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence Follow GMP, HACCP, and plant safety procedures at all times Maintain inspection records and ensure traceability for audits and customer requirements Quality inspection Calipers, micrometers, gauges Blueprints/specification reading Statistical process control (SPC) GMP and HACCP Root cause analysis Nonconformance reporting (NCR) Documentation and recordkeeping Food safety standards ISO 9001/22000 Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) HACCP certification SQF or BRCGS familiarity ISO 9001/22000 knowledge GMP and food safety training5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
