StartDate: 12/29/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1746.00 - $1816.00

Missouri licensed PT needed for rehab duties in Lewistown. Mondays-Fridays, 5x8 schedule with 35GWW. MO license and BLS required.

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Rehab

Experience: 1 year

Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)

Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)

SSN Required
