Responsibilities Own the end-to-end quarterly earnings process: press release, supplemental financial information, prepared remarks (CEO and CFO scripts) Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to develop the company's guidance Lead the Q&A preparation process — anticipated questions, suggested answers, peer transcript triangulation Serve as a primary point of contact for sell-side analysts and institutional investors Articulate the Cloudflare investment narrative in a credible way Plan and execute the calendar of investor events Co‑lead the planning and execution of our annual Investor Day Monitor and synthesize analyst coverage, peer performance, investor sentiment, market dynamics, and industry trends Requirements 10 years of experience combining investor relations, equity research, investment banking, FP&A, corporate finance, or equity investing Deep technical fluency with public-company reporting, financial statements, capital markets, valuation methodologies, and SaaS / consumption-based revenue models Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to draft in the voice of senior executives Advanced financial modeling skills — fluency in building, maintaining, and stress-testing operating models An ownership mindset — comfort owning a process end-to-end High-trust collaboration — build credibility quickly with senior internal stakeholders and external stakeholders AI-native curiosity and skill — fluency with modern AI tooling Sound judgment with confidential information — clear understanding of materiality and fair disclosure Sector background in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or AI preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred J-18808-Ljbffr5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
