Finance Business Partner : FP&A

In this role you support the Banking Outlink FP&A function, leading budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis for a major business line. You will partner with BU leaders to shape financial plans, evaluate investments, and provide actionable insights. The role blends deep financial modeling with stakeholder advisory, in a hybrid, collaborative environment. You'll work to optimize profitability and drive data-driven decisions that align with the company's mission to empower financial institutions.

• Perform complex financial analyses of cash flow and operating results to assess returns and capital needs.
• Develop and implement financial concepts for planning and control, including forecasts and budgets.
• Collect and summarize financial data and provide recommendations for plans and forecasts.
• Analyze revenue drivers, build models, and assess impacts of sales, contracts, and billing.
• Conduct economic studies on returns, depreciation, working capital, investments, and regulatory effects.
• Evaluate capital expenditures and investment opportunities, and prepare financial statements and summaries.
• Advise management on financial policies and applications; prepare special studies and reports.
• Mentor junior staff and potentially lead a team.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration
• Minimum 10 years in strategic finance, P&L ownership, finance business partnering, FP&A or related areas
• Experience in revenue analytics, revenue drivers, contract verification, revenue accuracy
• Intermediate MS Excel (Pivot Tables, lookup formulas)
• Ability to work extended hours and travel up to 10-15%
