• Perform financial analysis, underwriting, and structuring of Custom Credit Banking relationships with complex collateral
• Efficiently analyze borrower and collateral risk, including business financial statements and tax returns
• Communicate credit recommendations verbally and in writing; lead credit negotiations
• Drive private banking credit execution to meet asset quality, revenue, and profitability goals
• Monitor existing portfolio and provide timely risk assessments and remedial recommendations
• Engage with clients in advisory capacity alongside a Custom Credit Banker
• Collaborate with management and regional teams to ensure timely completion of work
• Lead complex initiatives across a large geographic region to deliver high-impact credit solutions
• Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues; exercise independent judgment without direct supervision

• 5+ years of wealth underwriting experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education
