Define and own the platform vision, multi-year roadmap, and product strategy aligned with enterprise priorities Own the end-to-end business processes for the assigned capability Drive process standardization, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement Serve as the business product owner for supporting applications and technologies Lead governance for platform prioritization, funding, and enhancement decisions Define and monitor KPIs to measure platform health and business outcomes Lead and develop cross-functional teams Requirements Bachelor's degree required 14 years of experience in product management, business process ownership, enterprise transformation, or related leadership roles Demonstrated experience leading agile product delivery and managing product roadmaps and backlogs Strong knowledge of business process design, optimization, and enterprise technology platforms Experience leading governance, prioritization, portfolio management, and funding processes Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills Proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution while delivering measurable business value MBA or other advanced degree preferred Relevant product/agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or similar Agile certifications) Experience managing enterprise software vendors and influencing product roadmaps Professional services experience is highly preferred, especially in supporting business development, sales, client onboarding, engagement management, or service delivery platforms Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within a matrixed organization Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in product management and business process ownership, with a strong focus on agile methodologies and enterprise transformation.
