The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality security training programs tailored to the needs of Brink’s personnel, focusing on enhancing security practices and protocol adherence for our various operations. As a Security Trainer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for safety and operational excellence by ensuring all staff are well-prepared to meet and exceed the security demands of our clients. Develop and update training materials tailored to specific security functions and operations. Conduct on-site and classroom training sessions on security practices, risk assessment, and emergency response. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary. Maintain records of training activities and employee progress. Collaborate with management to identify ongoing training needs and schedule appropriate sessions. Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and law enforcement practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in the use of security training simulators and other educational tools. Ability to assess the training needs of various roles within the security sector.
