What You'll Do:
Lead complex commercial litigation as first-chair counsel (state & federal courts)
Manage cases from start to trial, including strategy and execution
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs
Conduct and defend depositions
Oversee discovery and case management
Maintain and grow a portable book of business
Mentor junior attorneys and help build a high-performing team
Collaborate with partners on complex legal matters
What You Bring:
10-15+ years of commercial litigation experience
Proven first-chair trial experience
Portable book of business ($500K+)
Strong skills in:
Legal writing & motion practice
Depositions & trial prep
