Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities (current/future openings)

Picking, Packing & Shipping

• Pick, pack, stage, and ship orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Prepare outbound orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency
• Stage materials for delivery routes, production lines, or internal transfers

Shipping & Receiving

• Receive inbound shipments and verify product quantities and condition
• Load and unload trailers, containers, and box trucks
• Document shortages, damages, and discrepancies accurately

Inventory & Warehouse Organization

• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Label, scan, and track materials to maintain accurate inventory records
• Follow FIFO, lot control, and quality standards
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and OSHA‑compliant

Equipment Operation (As Certified)

• Operate warehouse equipment such as:
  • Forklifts (sit‑down, stand‑up, reach truck, cherry picker)
  • Pallet jacks (manual and electric)
  • Conveyors and dock equipment

Safety & Compliance

• Follow OSHA regulations and site‑specific safety procedures
• Wear required PPE and use proper lifting techniques
• Report safety hazards, damaged inventory, or operational issues promptly

Warehouse Associate Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
• Experience with RF scanners, WMS systems, or inventory software
• Forklift certification a plus (not required for all roles)
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and stand/walk for extended shifts
• Basic math, reading, and documentation skills
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and work ethic
• Ability to meet productivity, quality, and safety standards
