Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized Military Move Coordinator to manage and oversee household goods shipments for military personnel. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with service members, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant relocations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate military household goods moves, including packing, transport, and delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for military customers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Work closely with moving crews, carriers, and vendors to schedule and track shipments.
- Prepare and review necessary paperwork, ensuring compliance with military and regulatory requirements.
- Track shipments and proactively address any delays, damages, or customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all moves and transactions in company systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the moving process.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in military moves, relocation coordination, or logistics preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of military regulations and procedures a plus.
