If you have a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude, we want you on our line. ? Cooks (Breakfast & Dinner Shifts) You are the backbone of the kitchen. Cooking at Camp Shelby is high-volume, high-energy, and high-reward. Large-Scale Production: Prepare and cook nutritious meals for hundreds of soldiers daily. Kitchen Leadership: Oversee prep work and ensure food quality meets military standards. Service: Assist in getting hot, fresh meals to the line on time, every time. ? Cafeteria & Kitchen Staff You are the face of the facility, ensuring the dining hall runs like a well-oiled machine. Hospitality: Serve meals buffet-style with a professional and helpful attitude. Efficiency: Manage drink refills, prep work, and line replenishment. Maintenance: Handle dishwashing, general kitchen cleanup, and trash removal to maintain a sanitary environment. Mandatory Requirements for Base Access: To ensure the safety and security of our installation, all candidates must meet the following criteria: Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening. Valid Driver's License: A current, valid license is required for identification and entry. Auto Insurance: You must provide proof of valid insurance for your personal vehicle.
