Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Representative 2 to join our team and play a vital role in sourcing and recruiting top talent. This position involves conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and managing the full recruitment cycle to ensure the organization attracts high-quality professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment processes and excellent communication skills, contributing to the company's growth and success. Responsibilities Conduct interviews to assess prospective employees and identify suitable candidates for various roles. Refer job applicants to specific job openings based on their skills and experience. Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, abilities, and personal qualifications. Prepare applicant ratings, make salary recommendations, and provide candidates with information about the company. Administer tests, interpret results, and check references to ensure candidate suitability. Coordinate transportation for selected applicants and extend formal job offers. Collaborate with outside agencies and vendors to facilitate the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the hiring cycle. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of professional experience; Master’s Degree candidates require 1 year of relevant experience. Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred. Strong interviewing, assessment, and communication skills. Ability to evaluate candidates effectively and make sound recommendations. Willingness to travel, including potential overnight stays, as required. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
