We are seeking physicians with at least two years of Hospitalist experience ready to transition into leadership. Help lead a team at a faith-based, not-for-profit, 286-bed community hospital, one of Montana's largest comprehensive hospitals!

About the Opportunity

• Work a block schedule of 7 on 7 off - 8 clinical shifts per month; the remaining time is for administrative duties.
• Lead a team of 20 physicians, 6 APPs, and a clinical performance nurse
• Closed ICU - No procedures needed & No codes
• Earn a base salary of $370K+ (salary based on experience) plus performance-based incentives including a generous benefits package.
