Jones Networking is recruiting for a Creditors' Rights Paralegal for a hybrid opportunity to join a growing Law Firm in Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities of the Creditors' Rights Paralegal:

• Manage a caseload of creditors' rights matters, including collections and replevin actions

• Prepare, review, and file legal documents such as complaints, motions, affidavits, and orders

• Coordinate service of process and track case deadlines to ensure timely progression

• Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties regarding case status and documentation

• Assist attorneys with case strategy, file organization, and trial preparation as needed

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in the firm's case management system

• Conduct basic legal research and gather supporting documentation

Requirements of the Creditors' Rights Paralegal:

• At least 2+ years of paralegal experience in creditors' rights, collections, or replevin

• Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and court procedures

• Experience with high-volume case management preferred

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
