Finance Director - GBS Business Relationship Management for Industrial Automation

In this role you will lead the connection between Global Business Services and business leadership to ensure value-driven finance delivery. You will own escalation management, performance reporting, and SLA/KPI alignment across SBG and GBS, driving improvements in efficiency and service quality. You will steer change management, governance forums, and upfront planning with cross-functional partners to enable end-to-end finance delivery. • Serve as primary BRM contact for L2/3 leadership escalations and provide proactive status reporting
• Monitor, route, and track customer requests; lead closure and issue resolution
• Align and manage SLA/KPI frameworks across SBG and GBS; coordinate gap-closure actions
• Own customer feedback management and translate insights into efficiency and service quality improvements
• Drive change management and communications; maintain customer-facing content and document control
• Facilitate joint SBG-GBS annual planning and forecasting; contribute to strategic roadmaps
• Lead prioritization of projects, enhancements, and issue resolutions across towers
• Utilize helpdesk analytics to identify continuous process improvements
• Engage upstream functions (HR, payroll, procurement, fleet) to resolve issues and prevent recurrence
• Represent BRM in GBS MOS and governance forums; prepare meetings and presentations
• Document decisions, actions, and circulate to stakeholders; oversee stakeholder action item execution
• Build and maintain upstream relationships to address handoffs and knowledge gaps
• Oversee MOS escalations for high-impact issues; establish escalation pathways

• 10+ years total finance experience
• 3-5 years Honeywell experience at SBG HQ and/or corporate level
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• Strong finance and domain expertise; solid understanding of core financial processes
