Business Banking Salesforce Project Manager

In this high-visibility role, you will lead enhancements to the Business Banking Salesforce platform, translating business priorities into scalable solutions. You will bridge stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Technology to shape the CRM roadmap and deliver technology-enabled improvements. You'll drive user adoption, change management, and continuous improvement to boost efficiency and client impact. • Lead prioritization, planning, design, and implementation of Salesforce platform enhancements
• Translate business objectives into actionable solutions with cross-functional partners
• Facilitate requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and user experience via Salesforce
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and communications
• Support user adoption, training, and continuous improvement
• Ensure platform work aligns with business strategy and customer needs
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Business Banking, Sales, Product, Operations, and Technology

• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar enterprise CRM
• Experience in Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Sales Enablement, or related CRM functions
• Roles including Business Analyst, Product Owner, Platform Delivery Lead, Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Analyst, or Project Manager
• Knowledge of banking products, sales processes, and customer lifecycle management
• Salesforce Administrator Certification or related Salesforce certifications
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and translating requirements into solutions
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading platform enhancements, process improvement, or digital transformation initiatives
• Ability to communicate with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
