Senior Business Execution Consultant

In this role, you drive tech-enabled change within Wells Fargo's Business Banking operations. You translate business intent into executable requirements for strategic platforms and legacy retirements, ensuring organizational readiness for change. You will lead cross-functional efforts on large-scale initiatives, optimize efficiency, and guide risk-aware program delivery. This position offers impact by shaping how technology and business teams collaborate to deliver customer-focused improvements. You will work in a collaborative, risk-conscious environment with a clear focus on execution and results.

• Lead and support multiple business groups on large-scale strategic initiatives
• Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions and pipeline management
• Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives with analytical insight
• Work independently to recommend and lead support functions
• Assist in planning and execution of programs including risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience improvements
• Collaborate with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures
• Provide leadership in managing relationships and implementing cross-functional programs and services

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
• Experience supporting technology and process changes from idea to execution
• Ability to quickly scope issues and identify root causes
• Proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and advance projects from conception to completion
• Experience working cross-functionally between business and technology
• Strong communication and leadership presentation skills
• Strong project management or change implementation skills
• Experience with treasury management onboarding platforms (desired)
