Business Rules Analyst Senior - External Reporting

As a Senior Business Rules Analyst, you will translate business requirements into functional designs, governance, and data integration for financial systems. You'll lead cross-functional efforts with IT and business partners to automate reporting and ensure a single source of truth for rules and metadata. You will guide testing, documentation, and change management across initiatives that improve reporting and compliance. • Design and modify application rules to meet user needs
• Act as liaison to IT for implementing user requirements
• Lead end-to-end data integration and data lineage for financial data
• Manage project enhancements and change control
• Facilitate and design business testing for user performance
• Provide SME guidance for creative business solutions and product offerings
• Collaborate with lines of business, vendors, and internal teams to align requirements with objectives
• Review post-implementation lessons and drive process improvements

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education/experience
• 6+ years in Business Analysis, Regulatory Reporting, and Financial Systems
• 5+ years leading reporting transformation and automation in banking/finance
• Proven success in process automation and reporting modernization
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, STAT, BRR, BHC reporting, financial controls, and risk/compliance frameworks
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP GL and Snowflake for reporting and data analysis
