Digital Business Systems Consulting Director

As Director of the Business Systems Consulting group within Elliott Davis' Digital Practice, you lead efforts to optimize client technology stacks, processes, and people. You guide cross-functional teams, shape service offerings, and drive client relationships from initial engagement through delivery. The role combines leadership, business development, and deep ERP/process expertise to deliver modern, integrated solutions. • Drive business development by meeting clients and presenting proposals
• Maintain trusted advisor relationships and pursue renewals and expansions
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of services with excellence
• Collaborate with Practice Leader to evaluate new offerings
• Attract and develop talent to build a leadership pool
• Establish relationships with key vendors and networks
• Advise on complex technology ecosystems and ERP implementations
• Lead and engage with clients directly, translating analysis into actionable recommendations
• Review and sign-off on staff work and project scope/letters
• Oversee proposal creation, client engagement letters, and project scope
• Manage scheduling, billing, and quality control
• Provide performance leadership and feedback to the team
• Perform other duties within the scope of the practice

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business Management, Information Systems (or related)
• 15+ years of experience in Business Systems and ERP Implementation Consulting
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and board level
• Experience building new products/services and working across multiple industries/ERP systems
• Deep knowledge of ERP systems, 3rd party applications, and integrations
• Strong financial acumen and contract development/negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Willingness to own client deadlines and work required hours
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
